We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

1. Please contact lhi support (support@lhibackpack.com), explain the reason for the return and the order information (order number, recipient name, email, phone number and package tracking number).
2. lhi support will share the corresponding return address with you within one working day.

I have had it for only 2 weeks now but I don’t have anything negative to say about it. Zippers are great, material feels nice and heavy, straps are comfortable, the water resistant lining is great. I got the 35L and I use it to carry an IFAK/First Aid along with some EDC stuff for work. I can fit my lunch bag in there. I have a large dump bag attached to the side of it to carry a half mask respirator and extra filters. If I needed a bigger one, I’d definitely come back here and buy the 45 L. I have been enjoying the quality so far.
