As a new person using pre workout for the first time in my life, I really appreciate how it hold the perfect amount of water and the shaker on the inside makes sure there is no clumps of powder when I drink it.
Blends protein well, doesn¡¯t leak, easy to clean, and I like the shape of the mouthpiece-doesn¡¯t drip when you drink. Carrying loop is nice as well for when your hands are full of other stuff. Good for the price.
