1. Please contact lhi support (support@lhibackpack.com), explain the reason for the return and the order information (order number, recipient name, email, phone number and package tracking number).
2. lhi support will share the corresponding return address with you within one working day.

This is a very functional backpack, wrapped in a fun material. There is room for everything I need to carry, be it a personal day to day bag, a weekend away bag, a personal carry on for the plane or carrying everything for a day out with the family. Lots of pockets to safely store phones, laptops, even water bottles. The straps are well padded, making for an easy carry on your shoulders and back.
I got this to switch out my daughters 72 hr. kit backpack with a better one. She saw it and loved it so much that now we’re going to use it for her schooling instead. It’s a very heavy duty backpack though. It is really well made and has good zippers which can be hard to get with backpacks. Love the straps. The multiple pockets will be really nice for all of my daughters schooling needs, but would be very handy for a 72 hr. kit as well. Would definitely recommend!
