Backpack is solid. Exactly as the photos. Spacious and sturdy on the outside.Size comparison next to a 46 oz. Only flaw is this tear in the pocket seam in the front bottom section I found before I started to load it up. Slight inconvenience but nothing worth any hassle when a little sewing will take care of it.

Identical to Wolfpak 45L. Same material and durability.
Cooling area could be bigger, but frankly for what it is, it’s a good deal. It’s a backpack, not a Yeti Cooler. Comes with three inner straps to rest on/divide your meal containers. Pretty large interior space. Feels well constructed. The two large side pockets for the bottles is nice. I hike a lot and go to the gym, plus live in AZ, so hydration is always important for me, so that’s a nice bonus. One side for protein shakes, the other for water. The Velcro and MOLLE webbing is a nice touch. I’m military, and this feels like my tactical bag they issued us….but better.I’ll update review after a good month or two of some rigorous testing to include more info. Only rating 4/5 due to the smaller cooler size (I have to eat a lot due to active life style), but everything else is perfect so far.
I have struggled with my weight all my life weighing over +500lbs at one time meal planning constant workouts help both are done on site at work as our factory has an employee fitness facility and at a local gym.This bag lets me brings safely equipment for work all my meals 3 or 4 full meal prep containers and a change of clothes for the after the workout. I was seconds away from buying a Wolf Pak meal prep bag and I might regret it one day but a month in I am super happy with this at one third the cost
