We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
How do I return an item?
1. Please contact lhi support (firstname.lastname@example.org), explain the reason for the return and the order information (order number, recipient name, email, phone number and package tracking number).
2. lhi support will share the corresponding return address with you within one working day.
How long is the returns process?
The refund process may take up to 14 days from the time we receive your return.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are usually completed within 3 working days of us initiating a refund.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
How do I change or cancel my order?
1. The order has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, no fee will be charged.
2. Once the package is sent out (we choose to complete the order or provide a tracking number), the order items cannot be modified or cancelled. You will need to return the item through the returns process after you receive it.
What if the item(s) I received are defective / incorrect / damaged?
Resolved through the returns process.
